Lok Sanjh Foundation Makes Its Mark at Pakistan Grand National Olive Gala 2024 By LSF

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Grand National Olive Gala 2024, held on December 13 and 14 in Islamabad, witnessed the active participation of Lok Sanjh Foundation under a government-backed initiative.

Lok Sanjh Foundation showcased an impressive range of organic products, including premium olive oil, organic olive tea, a distinctive olive and rosemary tea blend, and innovative olive-garlic products, which drew widespread appreciation from visitors.

The event brought together stakeholders from across Pakistan’s olive sector alongside international delegates. Lok Sanjh Foundation’s contributions towards promoting organic farming and sustainable agriculture received high praise from participants.

A variety of olive-based products were exhibited, such as olive saplings, olive honey, handmade olive soaps, organic cosmetics, olive tea, pickles, sweets, and artisanal items crafted from olive leather.

The event marked a significant step in advancing the olive industry and underscored the vast potential of olive cultivation in Pakistan.

With the above objectives Lok Sanjh Foundation organized Plantation campaigns through the participation of all stake holders. LSF conduct Hasher plantations and revived local culture by applying drum beating, songs and dance for the forestation of these species, land for the purpose is volunteered by the community members and RBDC they also take the responsibility of protecting the plants. This way, ownership of the community and safeguard of planted saplings is ensured for long term results of the sustainability.
